LJ Hooker Thornlie sweeps WA awards night 2014
LJ Hooker Thornlie walk away big winners from the group’s annual awards gala held on Saturday night at the Crown Perth with a total of seven state awards and three national awards.
LJ Hooker Thornlie principal, Dahlia Rechichi picked up one of the night’s main awards as she was recognised as the real estate network’s top selling principal in Western Australia and named runner up for the same category in the group’s national awards.
The award is based on the number of properties settled in the past 12 months, with the award open to all LJ Hooker selling principals in the state.
Mrs Rechichi said local market knowledge, good marketing strategies and negotiation skills were key to delivering the high number of sales.
“To be recognised as a top achiever amongst so many dynamic industry professionals is an incredible honour,” she said.
Mrs Rechichi also said LJ Hooker network training and technology provided an invaluable foundation when listing a property and assuring the vendor they would be getting the best available marketing.
“LJ Hooker’s resources effectively provide everything I need to fully understand my local market ensuring I have the best possible chance of a successful sale.
“Our sales team, home loan brokers and property management specialists provide everything I need when presenting then securing a listing with LJ Hooker,” she said.
In addition to Mrs Rechichi’s awards, LJ Hooker Thornlie won the awards for Top Sales Office and Top Office in the state. The award for Top Home Loan Referring Office also belonged to LJ Hooker Thornlie. Licensee John Rechichi praised the whole team both sales, management and support staff for such a great effort again this year.
Other individual winners included Domenic Lombardo who won the Top Home Loan Referrer award and Jenny Zhao was runner up for the Top Salesperson award.
LJ Hooker Chairman, Greg Paramor praised LJ Hooker Thornlie and, in particular, Franchise Owners, John & Dahlia Rechichi for all their hard work and dedication to her clients.
